Do you offer a free, no obligation quotes?
Of course, we are more than happy to visit your property at a time convenient for yourself and quote for the required works. Unless you are only purchasing a property and do not own it a fixed fee will apply.
Can you help us with planning applications?
Yes, Keith has an excellent relationship with the City Council and architects in Liverpool in which he is held in the highest regard by multiple building control personnel.
Can you source all the materials?
Yes, the vast majority of our jobs include us sourcing all materials, handling all personnel and ensuring the project are completed to the highest standards. This is inclusive in our service. Our experience has shown that customers who attempt to project manage multiple tradesman and sourcing materials themselves, more often than not turns into a false economy with no savings and increased overall costs. You will have a much better experience contracting a company to complete your project from start to finish.
Would we be able to view previous construction projects of similar size and requirements?
Yes, we do this with most prospective customers. During the time frame of a project being completed, we build excellent relationships with our customers. They are usually delighted to show you the projects/work we have completed for them.
Are you Gas Safe and NICEC Registered?
Yes, our gas and electrical engineers hold all certificates.
Can you guide us through the design process of larger works?
Yes, we can have our architect draw up your plans and Keith, with his decades of experience, can offer advice and suggestions to match your budget.
We are looking at purchasing a property and would like an estimate for our desired works. Is this service free?
No, if you own the property, we are happy to offer free quotations. Otherwise, it is costed at a one-off fee of £40.00 per property. This is because the chances of the works happening are slim due to the purchasing process, with many deals falling through. As you can probably appreciate, doing estimates for many properties that are not owned is very time consuming.
